This unique building is located on the Main street of historic Picton Ontario. Originally a bank and used as the meeting place for one of the local lodges, this 19th century building has been converted to luxurious living quarters over ground floor commercial space.

Lockyer Building

Originally a service station, this high profile commercial building has received new life as a commercial mall and apartment building. For years the space had been in the Lockyer family and used as a flower shop. Today's tenants include another flower shop as well as several other commercial ventures.

The North American

The North American

The North American Hotel was erectedin 1835 and has played a prominent role as a centerpiece of life in Picton ontario ever since. Originally one of several hotels on Main Street Picton, the North American has been adapted for use as apartments.

Main Street Apartments

Main Street Apartments

Davin Corporation has done a lot for the community of Picton Ontario. These apartments on Main Street East were in poor repair when taken over and renovated in the 1990's. What was once an eyesore is now an attractive part of the main street and maintains its historic useage as residential and commerical space.

Trillium Grande

Trillium Grande Condominiums

Port Picton Homes has developed a 'limited' collection of 8 very unique Condominium Residences. Set in landscaped grounds with an indoor and outdoor elegance, Trillium Grande captures the essence of Belleville's "Old East Hill" living and is designed to eliminate the worry of outdoor maintenance. Freedom to enjoy life, walk to the beautiful 'waterfront trail' or other local amenities; hospital, shops and public transit are all just steps away.

Renovators

Renovators

Renovators and Port Picton Homes moved here April 2005 showing our commitment to a strong retail downtown Picton and to "show off" what a little renovating can do. Remember, this was a horse stable! We think this building is unique, and we hope you think Renovators is a new and unique concept for home improvement retail.
